e Ozarks MO and is a perfect place for a get together that is drawing boats from all over the country. Captain’s Galley has volunteered to be our hosting location. Thursday night we’ll be having a pre- registration party at Captain’s Galley. Get your goody bags, and greet old and new friends.

Friday night will be Dinner, Band and Awards Banquet to follow.

11:15 AM - Gathering for Two group starts outside Captain’s Galley. Two lead boats to gather in Main Channel. Second group just outside Captain’s Galley Docks

11:20 AM - First group start - Pace boat leads out, all boats stay behind pace boat until released.

80 MPH and faster

11:25 AM - Second Group Staged start - Pace boat leads out, all boats stay behind pace boat until released. 80 MPH and less

11:30 Noon – 12:30 PM

Kelley’s Landing opens for first card stop.

1:00 –2:00 PM

Big Dicks for 2^nd Card Stop

2:15 PM to 3:15 PM

Bear Bottom Resort Opens for 3^rd Card Stop

-----------FUN RUN TERM AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS EVENT------------

The registration fees: Each entry Includes One Playing hand, One Goodie Bag, One T-shirt, and One wrist Band for Admittance to the Dinner, Band and After Party.

· Registration Open tell September 26^th, 2008 @ 10:45AM

· Additional Poker Hands are $10.00 with No limit to increase your chances of Winning.

Children under 5 are free.

· Additional Poker Run T-shirts or Tanks will be available for $15.00 each.

· Any tied high hands will be decided by high card cut of a deck at dinner, there will be four high hand winners. Cash prize's determined by total hands sold with first twenty percent to a Charity to be decided.

There is a 200 boat maximum number of entries. If we reach 200 paid entries before the event, no additional entries at the event. Each participating boat must provide a copy of their current hull / liability policy and current boat registration.

· Each driver must sign a waiver that they have not taken any illegal substances nor consumed alcohol 6 (six) hours before an event and will not consume either while driving the boat. Subject to disqualification!

· Each driver and all boat riders must sign a waiver and release. This release state's, "In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, the participant will not hold Powerboatparty.com or any sponsors liable should they be harmed during the event".

· Personal Floatation Devices (PFD’s / LifeJackets) are mandatory are are to be worn during this event while operating your boat. All occupants of the boat must wear PFD’s.

· The Poker Run is NOT a race. There will be many boats on the lake not part of the run, please respect them. All boats must follow BEHIND the pace boat until released. Passing the pace boat results in disqualification. The morning will be divided into three groups, please stay with your assigned group.

· Each card station shall be considered a NO WAKE area, please approach from the stern at WAKELESS speed. Each station will be open the posted times only

· No refunds will be given; this would not be fair to the other participants. Participants are requested to pray for good weather.
