Powerboatparty.com and Kelly’s Port Marine bring to you Thunder at the Lake Poker Run at Lake Ozarks MO and is a perfect place for a fun get together drawing boats from all over the country. Kelly’s Port Marine has volunteered to be our hosting location, offering discounted slips and moorings to our participants. The slips are limited, so sign up quick if you want one. Thursday night we’ll be having a pre- registration party at the famous Horny Toad in Toad Cove. Get your goody bags, and greet old and new friends.

Friday night will be the famous RUSTY JUG BBQ catering dinner, the JJBAGS Band and Awards Banquet to follow.

July 24th, 2008 Thursday

12:00 PM to 3:00 PM : Staff Lunch Meeting Event Bag Organization

5:00 PM to 10:00 PM : Arrival, sign in and pre-registration party at the Horny Toad.

July 25th, 2008 Friday

7:30 AM to 10:45 AM : Arrival sign in –Kelly’s Port Marine Registration on Decks

10:45 AM – 11:00: Mandatory Drivers meeting – Kelly’s Port Marine Registration on Decks.

11:15 AM: Fleet gathering for the three staged starts Kelly’s Port Marine. Three pace boats to gather to, first group Outside Main Channel. Second group just outside the Marina “No Wake” buoys. Third group just inside the Marina “No Wake” buoys.

11:20 AM: First group staged start - Pace boat leads out, all boats stay behind pace boat until released. 90 MPH and faster

11:25 AM: Second Group Staged start - Pace boat leads out, all boats stay behind pace boat until released. 70 MPH to 90 MPH

11:30 AM: Third Group Staged start - Pace boat leads out of NO WAKE. All boats stay behind pace boat until released. 70 MPH and Slower

12:00 Noon – 1:15 PM (Helicopter Continues): Big Dicks Halfway Inn opens for first card stop.

1:30 –2:30 PM: Captain Ron’s Opens for 2^nd Card Stop

2:45 PM to 3:30 PM: Captain’s Galley Opens for 3^rd Card Stop

3:45 PM to 4:30 PM: Dog Days Opens for 4th Card Stop

4:45 PM to 5:30 PM: Coconuts Caribbean Beach Bar and Grill opens for 5th Card Stop

5:45 PM to 6:30 PM: Horny Toad Opens for Sixth Card Stop

*** 5:30 PM –Card Turn In starts Kelly’s Port Marine

6:00 PM: RUSTY JUG BBQ/Dinner Served

7:00 PM: Card Turn In Ends and Band Starts

7:45 PM: Band Breaks for Awards Banquet/Prizes.

8:15 PM: Band Starts for Remainder of Evening
